Len l or bean soup, cooked vegetables, large salad as above, yogurt or
      tofu.

      Avoid  cold  cereals  for  breakfast.  Try  to  have  a  fruit  and  fruit juice
      breakfast and if you need more food, prepare oatmeal cooked in wa-
      ter, then add some fruits, nuts, raw honey or molasses.

      Avoid  all  refined  sugar  and  regular  table  salt.  Use  instead  organic
      Blackstrap Molasses, cooked down  sugar  cane juice (jaggery) or  raw
      honey as sweeteners and unrefined sea or mined salt.

      Drink four glasses of fresh juices every day that you make yourself such
      as carrot, apple, grape, lemonade, etc. Try to drink two to three glasses
      of the following herb tea mix - ginger, cinnamon, clove, cayenne pep-
      per, black pepper, lemon and raw honey.

      Make your own organic sprouts with organic sprou ng seeds.

      Above all, avoid meat, fish, eggs and all processed foods and drinks and
      all the miracle supplements.
      There are food products that Americans consume every day that are
      slowly killing them. They are: table salt, white sugar, supermarket oils
      (all processed hydrogenated oil), coffee and tea, all meat, fish, poultry,
      eggs, processed white flour products, can foods, TV dinners.

      Highly processed supermarket oils are the cause of high blood pres-
      sure, diabetes, heart and circula on problems. Common table salt that
      has all the trace minerals removed leaving only sodium chloride can be
      toxic  (four  tablespoons  consumed  at  once  will  result  in  death).  Too
      much consump on of white sugar causes bone loss, high blood pres-
      sure and diabetes. There is great benefit by paying a en on to eat on-
      ly wholesome foods and avoid all junk foods. The obesity epidemic in
      the  USA  is caused  by ea ng junk foods  that are depleted  of natural
      minerals,  vitamins  and  other  vital  phytonutrients.  A er  ea ng  large
      por ons of food, one may s ll remain hungry because the body has
      not yet received the minerals and vitamins it needs. By ea ng nutrient
      dense foods grown in rich, organic soil one eats less and feels sa sfied
      because the body has received all its required nutrients.
