mins A and E, it is rich in K2 and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) –
an antioxidant with anti-viral properties if it is sourced from grass
fed cows, it is nutri onally rich and is a good source of energy, ghee
(unlike other oils) is rich in butyric acid, a short chain fatty acid.
Beneficial intestinal bacteria convert fiber into butyric acid and
then use that for energy and intestinal wall support, Research
shows that adequate production of butyric acid supports the pro-
duction of killer T cells in the gut, which bolsters the immune sys-
tem. Researchers are using oral butyrate supplements
and butyrate enemas to treat inflammatory bowel diseases such
as Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis, Ghee stimulates the secretion of
gastric acid, thus aiding in the digestive process. Better digestion
equals better health and weight loss. Within Ayurveda, ghee is
considered one of the most sattvic foods (food in the mode of
goodness) which promote positivity, growth and expansion of con-
     sciousness.

Fresh yogurt made with live cultures is a good source of protein (1
cup yogurt) as well as B complex, calcium (450 milligrams), potas-
sium, phosphorus, and folic acid. People taking antibiotics (which
can destroy lactic flora) are often advised to eat yogurt to replace
the healthy bacteria, which supports good digestion and helps with
     diarrhea, bloating and constipation.

Cow urine may be used as a disinfectant for cleaning the house-
hold. It is also touted as a healing agent for a variety of sickness-
es. The analysis of cow urine has shown that it contains nitrogen,
sulphur, phosphate, sodium, manganese, carbolic acid, iron, sili-
con, chlorine, magnesium, melci, citric, titric, succinic, calcium
     salts, Vitamin A, B, C, D, E, minerals, lactose, enzymes, creati-
nine, hormones and gold. A person falls ill when there is deficiency
or excess of these substances inside the body. Cow urine contains
all of these substances, which are naturally present in the human
body. Therefore consumption of cow urine maintains the balance
of these substances and this helps cure incurable diseases.

Cow dung is used as a fuel for cooking. It can be mixed with straw
and clay to build houses and other structures. It is a great fertilizer
for crops. The smoke from burning cow dung will keep mosquitoes
away. Pouring ghee on a cow dung fire will release oxygen into
     the atmosphere.

Everything coming from a cow is beneficial whether the cow is alive or dead.
The hide is used to make a drum. The intestines can be used to carry water.
