               Vegetable Golden Coins

           Ingredients:
           Bread                     1 loaf
           Carrots                   2 medium size ;
           finely chopped
           French beans        100 gms or  1/2
           cup finely chopped
           Capsicum              1 finely chopped
           Potato                    2 boiled and
           mashed nicely
           celery stick            1 finely chopped
           soya sauce            2 tsp
           chilly powder         1 tsp
           Ghee                     4tbsp
           All purpose flour    1 cup
           bread crumbs for coating
           oil for frying, chilly sauce, salt to taste

           Method:
           1.  Take oil in pan and saute all chopped vegetables for 3 to 4 min.
           2.  Add mashed potatoes, chilly powder, soya sauce, salt and mix it nicely
           3.  Cut the bread slices into round shape and put some mixture of veggies on top and spread it.
           4.  Coat with little bread crumbs. NOTE: Do not put lot of it. Just sprinkle little on top.
           5.  Make a paste of All purpose flour and water
           6.  Dip the bread with mixture on top in the paste
           7.  Fry in hot oil till golden color
           8.  First offer as bhoga to Krsna and then serve everyone with chilly sauce or ketchup.
