Construction:
Our current approach is to get at
least 5 contractors to submit bids to us. At the moment, 3
contractors are actively working with us and we are working out
details with 2 more contractors. Our architects will continue to
provide us guidance during selection process and provide necessary
support.
Bank Loan:
We have started to understand the
process to obtain a contraction loan to be converted to mortgage. We
are preparing and submitting documents needed by a bank. We are
confident to get good support from a local bank in this matter.
